3-in-1 Wireless Charger
One board that charges a phone, a watch and earbuds — Qi2 and MagSafe-compatible 15W platforms, in foldable, stand and desktop formats. OEM and ODM from 200 pcs per model.
Two details decide whether a 3-in-1 board gets used: whether the watch puck fits the watch sizes in the market, and whether the earbuds coil sits low enough to charge through a case. Both are set at the sample stage, which is why we ask for the watch model and the case before choosing the platform.

Three chargers, one socket — and what that changes for the buyer
A 3-in-1 charger is bought for a reason that has nothing to do with wattage: it removes two cables, two plugs and the nightly ritual of finding three separate chargers. That makes it a bedside and desk product rather than a travel product, and it changes the questions that matter — how the watch puck sits, whether the earbuds coil is deep enough for a case, and whether the whole thing stays put when the phone is lifted off.
The engineering trade-off is that three coils share one power budget and one thermal envelope. A pad that charges a phone at 15W while the watch and earbuds trickle is straightforward; a pad that claims full output on all three at once is not, and the difference shows up as heat and as a lower real-world phone rate.
- Watch puck position. A fixed puck suits one watch size; a hinged or raised puck suits more, at a cost.
- Earbuds coil depth. Cases vary in thickness, so the coil has to sit low enough to charge through a case.
- Weight and base grip. Lifting a magnetic phone off a light pad drags it across the desk unless the base has mass or grip.
Foldable, stand or desktop?
The three formats sell into different channels. Foldable units pack flat and cost less to ship, which makes them the usual choice for gifting and travel retail. Stands hold the phone upright so the screen is readable while it charges — the desk and bedside case. Desktop stations are the heaviest and most expensive, and they are the ones that go into hotel rooms and meeting spaces.
| What you are choosing | Foldable | Stand / desktop station |
|---|---|---|
| Where it lives | Bag, travel retail, gift box | Bedside table, desk, hotel room |
| Phone use while charging | Lies flat; screen not readable | Upright; screen readable, video and standby modes work |
| Shipping volume | Smallest — packs flat | Largest; the base drives carton size |
| Typical channel | Corporate gifting, travel retail | Retail own-brand, hospitality, office programmes |
Both formats use the same charging platform, so the choice is packaging and channel rather than electronics — see the application notes.

What you can change on a 3-in-1 charger
Everything below sits on top of a platform that is already tested, which keeps samples at 2–3 days and the MOQ at 200 pcs.
- Coil layout — phone plus watch plus earbuds, or phone plus earbuds for a simpler board.
- Format and hinge — foldable, fixed stand, hinged watch puck or a weighted desktop base.
- Shell and face — ABS, PC, bamboo or wood face, PU leather and silicone in your colour.
- Logo and packaging — silk-screen, laser or UV printing, plus a colour box drawn to your artwork.

How a 3-in-1 wireless charger is built and checked
Three coils on one board make the alignment steps tighter than on a single pad: coil position, hinge travel and the watch puck are all measured before the board moves on.
Material preparation and checking
The phone coil, watch puck, earbuds coil, hinge parts, magnet array and housing are checked against the approved bill of materials before a board reaches the line.
First-piece quality confirmation
The first 3-in-1 unit of a run is built and charged on all three positions before the line continues — the watch puck and the earbuds coil are confirmed against the sample, not the drawing.
Assembly on static-protected lines
Boards are assembled on static-protected lines to a written operation sheet, with the hinge fitted and its travel measured at its own station.
Visual inspection rounds
Repeat inspections cover coil seating on all three positions, hinge tension, magnet placement and the cosmetic condition of the folding panels.
Aging under load and electrical testing
Each unit runs an aging cycle with several coils active at once and is re-measured afterwards, which is where a shared thermal envelope shows itself.
Charging and protocol verification
Output voltage and current are measured on every position — phone, watch and earbuds — and the handshake is checked per family for PD, PPS ranges, QC, AFC and Apple 2.4A.
QA sampling, packing and shipment inspection
Sampling runs before packing, the box and travel pouch are checked against the approved artwork, and the batch report keeps the 3-in-1 shipment traceable.
The hinge and the coil positions are the parts of a 3-in-1 unit most likely to fail in the field, so they are inspected at every round and the unit is aged under load before it is packed.

3-in-1 wireless charger — FAQs
Does a 3-in-1 charger really charge all three devices at once?
Yes, but the three coils share one power budget and one thermal envelope. In practice the phone takes the large share and the watch and earbuds trickle, which is exactly what those devices need. If a channel needs a higher simultaneous rate, that has to be specified before the sample.
Will it charge a phone through a case?
Magnetic units align through MagSafe-compatible cases; thicker cases reduce the rate. On non-magnetic pads the phone has to be placed by hand, so case thickness matters more. Tell us the target devices and cases and we will confirm on a bench test.
Which watch sizes fit?
The watch puck is specified per model. A fixed puck suits one size range and a hinged or raised puck suits more, at a cost — that is a sample-stage decision.
Is the phone rate 15W?
The magnetic platforms are Qi2 and MagSafe-compatible at 15W. When the watch and earbuds coils are active the phone rate depends on the total budget, and the exact behaviour is stated on the model datasheet.
What is the minimum order?
200 pcs per model covers a branded 3-in-1 board, and the trial quantity can be spread across two colours or two coil layouts so the first order tests the channel rather than one configuration.
How long do samples take?
2–3 days with your logo and finish applied. Mass production runs 7–15 days after sample and artwork approval.
Can it fold flat for travel retail?
Yes — the foldable formats are built for that channel. They pack flat, which reduces carton volume, and they usually carry a larger print area than a stand.
Which certifications come with it?
CE, RoHS, FCC, UKCA, PSE, KC, SAA and CB reports depending on the target market, assembled from the first sample rather than before dispatch.
Does it come with the adapter?
It can ship on its own or bundled with a USB-C adapter and cable. Bundling changes the carton configuration, so it is quoted with the packaging.
What is the warranty?
Two years, with the hinge and the coil assemblies covered by the same terms as the electronics. Complaints get a 24-hour first response and a batch report, which is what makes a recurring hinge failure visible as a production issue instead of a series of one-off replacements.
How to use a 3-in-1 wireless charging station?
Put the phone on the magnetic coil, the watch on the puck and the earbuds case on the small coil, then leave it. All three draw from the same input, so the phone takes the large share while the watch and earbuds trickle — that is normal, not a fault. The unit should be fed from its own adapter rather than a desk USB port.
Why is my 3-in-1 Wireless Charger charging so slow?
Three causes, in order of likelihood: the adapter cannot supply the board’s input requirement, the phone is not centred on its coil, or the case is thick enough to reduce the coupling. Heat makes it worse, because the phone throttles itself as it warms. A magnetic coil removes the second cause entirely.
What is the best 3-in-1 Wireless Charger?
“Best” depends on the two decisions the customer cannot change later: whether the watch puck fits their watch, and whether the board folds flat or stands up. Both are set at the sample stage, so the useful thing is to name the phone, the watch size and where the charger will live.

3-in-1 vs 2-in-1 vs 4-in-1
A 3-in-1 board carries a phone coil, a watch charger and an earbuds coil. A 2-in-1 drops the watch puck and usually the price with it. A 4-in-1 or 5-in-1 adds a second phone coil or a tablet stand, which makes it a shared-desk or hotel product rather than a personal one.
More coils are not automatically better: each one adds footprint, cost and a share of the power budget. The right count is the number of devices that actually sit on the charger at the same time.
Magnets, alignment and charging speed
On a magnetic 3-in-1 the phone snaps into the coil centre, so the rate stays in the efficient range for the whole session instead of drifting with placement. That is usually described as “faster”, and mechanically it is the same thing: less misalignment means less wasted energy and less heat.
The watch puck is the other alignment question. A fixed puck suits one size range; a hinged or raised puck suits more watches at a cost, and it is decided at the sample stage.
Travel versus bedside — which format to make
A folding 3-in-1 packs flat, takes up little carton volume and carries a large print area, which makes it the format for travel retail and gifting. A stand or station keeps the phone readable while it charges, which is the bedside and desk case.
The electronics can be identical, so the decision is about how the product is used and how it ships rather than about the charging platform.
Wireless charger for iPhone, Android and watch combinations
A magnetic 3-in-1 aligns phones that carry a magnet ring — the iPhone 12 generation onwards, and Android models that support Qi2. Phones without a ring charge on the coil but do not align themselves, so for a mixed fleet the free-position variant is often the safer SKU.
Watch charging is the part that varies most between models, because the puck position and the coil depth have to suit the case thickness. Sending us the watch model and the earbuds case settles it before the sample is built.
Wholesale and OEM 3-in-1 programmes
Orders start at 200 pcs per model, splittable across two colours or two formats so the first order tests two placements rather than one. Branding covers the shell, the contact faces, the print method and the retail packaging.
Because the platform is unchanged, the existing certification travels with the branded version — the work is the model designation, the label and the documentation rather than new testing.
Folding, cube and two-device variants
Three variants come up repeatedly. A foldable 3 in 1 packs flat for a bag or a gift box; a cube format integrates the plug into the body so there is no separate adapter to lose; and a two-device version drops the earbuds coil for customers who only carry a phone and a watch — which is the version to quote when a buyer asks for a phone and watch charger rather than a three-device board.
All three sit on the same coil and power stage, so a range can carry them without new electronics. The choice between them is about how the product is used and how it ships, not about the charging platform.
