Ordering

What is the minimum order quantity?

200 pcs per model on platforms already in production. If a project needs new tooling, the minimum is agreed separately and stated in the quotation.

How long do samples take?

Usually 2–3 days with your logo and finish applied. Mass production follows 7–15 days after sample and artwork approval.

Can you produce under our own brand?

Yes — logo, labels, colour, finish and retail packaging can all carry your identity, on top of tested electrical specifications.

What are the payment and shipping terms?

Terms are confirmed per order and stated in the proforma invoice. Shipping can go by express, air or sea, to your forwarder or ours.

Technical

Which wattage do we need?

Match the wattage to the highest-power device in the mix, then use the remaining output for accessories: 33–45W for phones and earbuds, 65W for thin-and-light laptops, 100W for multi-device desks, 140W and above for performance laptops.

Do you support PPS and the main fast-charging protocols?

Yes — PD, QC, AFC, FCP, Apple 2.4A, BC1.2 and PPS are supported across the range, with values listed on each product page.

Can one model cover EU, UK, US and AUS markets?

Most models ship with interchangeable plug kits, so the same charger body serves all four standards. That keeps one SKU and one certification file across markets.

Quality and After-Sales

How is quality controlled?

A fixed sequence of gates: incoming material and BOM checks, assembly under static control, repeated visual inspection, electrical and pressure testing, aging under load, then QA sampling before packing.

What happens if a unit fails in the field?

The 2-year warranty is handled through a 24-hour complaint response. Batch traceability means the affected production run and its test records can be identified.

Can we audit the factory or see the line?

Yes. Factory visits and video walkthroughs can be arranged with the production team.

Ordering and minimums

Branded orders start at 200 pcs per model; the trial quantity can be split across a few SKUs so a first order covers more than one power band. Ready-stock models without custom branding can ship in smaller quantities. Pricing is quoted per model, per quantity and per destination market, because certification and packaging change with the market.

Samples

Samples are produced before every bulk order — and we recommend one for any model you have not sold before. A branded sample is normally ready in under two weeks, and samples are free for qualified projects, with the courier paid by the buyer.

Lead time

Trial orders ship in about two to three weeks after sample approval. Container programmes run three to five weeks depending on plug types, packaging and which certification documents the market requires. The dates in a quotation are the dates we plan to ship on.

Certification

CE and RoHS for the EU and UK, FCC for the United States, plus UKCA, PSE, KC, SAA and CB reports by market. Because branding is applied on top of a certified platform, your version keeps the reports already issued for that platform. Where a change is mechanical, the affected parts are re-tested.

Branding and packaging

Logo application (silk screen, laser etch or UV print), body colour and finish, cable length and colour, pouch, retail carton artwork, manual language, barcode and FNSKU labelling. Cartons are re-drawn for your channel rather than reused, and the printed sample is approved with the product sample.

Shipping and payment

FOB Shenzhen, CIF, or on your forwarder's account. Payment terms are agreed per programme; a deposit with the balance against the bill of lading is the usual arrangement for a first order, and repeat customers can discuss more flexible terms. Test reports and certificates travel with the shipping documents.

Warranty and after-sales

The platform carries a two-year warranty, with the terms written into the quotation rather than implied. A claim is handled with data: the batch number, the test report, the suspected cause and what changes in the next run. Repeat orders come from the same platform and the same approved sample, so the specification does not move between shipments — which, in practice, prevents more claims than any warranty term does.

Do you sell to consumers? No; we supply brands, distributors and OEM customers.
What if a batch fails a test? It is reworked or rebuilt before shipping, and you see the report either way.
