Who we are
WECENT is a charger manufacturer based in Bao'an, Shenzhen, building GaN and wireless charging hardware for brands, distributors and OEM customers. The business is deliberately built around a small number of platforms that are pushed through certification once, then offered in many configurations — different wattages, port layouts, plug systems and enclosures — so a customer can launch a product line without paying for a new development each time.
What the team does
The engineering side owns the power stage, thermal design and plug mechanism. The quality side runs incoming, in-process and outgoing inspection and writes the test reports that ship with the goods. The sales side is technical rather than transactional: the person answering your email can read a schematic, check an attribute against a certificate, and tell you honestly whether a specification is achievable at your price point.
How we communicate
Buyers usually say the same thing after the first project: the factory is small enough that questions get answered instead of forwarded. Drawings, samples, packaging proofs and shipping documents are exchanged through one thread, and dates are given as dates rather than ranges. If a schedule moves, you hear it from us first.
Where we work
The factory is in Shenzhen, which puts component sourcing, tooling, certification labs and the port of Yantian within a short drive. Buyers are welcome to visit, and sample reviews are easier in person — bring the device you want to charge and we will test it on the platform.
What we do not do
We do not resell another factory's product and we do not sell finished consumer stock through marketplaces. Every unit that carries your brand is manufactured, tested and packed in our own building.
What buyers ask us first
The first questions are almost always the same: what is the minimum order, how fast can a sample be produced, which certifications are already on file for my market, and may I visit the factory. All four are answered in the first reply rather than after a follow-up. The fifth question, which matters more than any of them, is what happens if a batch does not match the sample — and the answer is the batch report, the suspected cause and a corrective action, in writing.
