Product selection
Telling you which platform fits the devices and price point — including when a cheaper model is the better answer.
Sampling
Physical samples with your finish and logo, usually inside 2–3 days, so decisions are made on hardware rather than renderings.

Preparing the technical file and aligning tests with CE, FCC, RoHS, PSE or KC requirements for your markets.
Packaging & freight
Box, insert and carton design, plus shipping by express, air or sea with your forwarder or ours.
Sampling Without a Guessing Game
Samples are where a charger programme is won or lost: if the sample arrives late, or does not match the artwork, the launch date moves. We treat sampling as production work — same line, same jigs, same inspection gates — and ship it on express.
- Logo, colour and finish applied on the sample exactly as in the order.
- Electrical parameters verified and reported with the sample.
- Photographs of the packed unit shared before dispatch, so you can approve remotely.
Certification Support
Every destination market asks a different question. We prepare the file that answers it, and we tell you early when a market needs a test that takes longer than your launch window.

Packaging and Delivery
Standard packing ships 50 units per carton with an inner box and bubble bag, and both the inner and outer layout can be re-drawn around your own packaging system.
Samples usually travel by express; volume orders go by air or sea, FCL, to the airport or port you nominate. If you have a freight forwarder, we work with them.

OEM and ODM manufacturing
The core service is building chargers to a specification and putting a brand on them. ODM projects take a certified platform and change the branding surface: logo, colour, finish, cable, pouch and carton. OEM projects change the product itself — housing, port layout, sometimes the power stage — and carry certification for the new model.
Private label programmes
Private label is the volume version of ODM: one platform, one artwork scheme, several SKUs across power bands, shipped on a repeating schedule. It is the fastest way for a brand to cover 20W to 240W with a consistent look, because the tooling is shared between the models.
Packaging and retail preparation
Carton artwork, printing plates, manual languages, barcodes and FNSKU labelling, plus the assembly of the accessory set that ships with the charger. Packaging is re-drawn for the channel — retail shelf, marketplace or hospitality kit — rather than reused from a generic box.
Certification support
CE, RoHS, FCC and regional approvals, with the reports issued for your model where a change requires it, and material or packaging declarations where your own programme asks for them. Documents travel with the shipment so your broker is not waiting on paperwork.
Logistics and after-sales
FOB Shenzhen, CIF, or on your forwarder's account, with shipping documents prepared to your customs requirements. After-sales runs through the same contact: technical questions, warranty claims and repeat orders are handled by the person who knows the programme.
How services are priced
Manufacturing is quoted per unit at volume, with tooling, printing plates and packaging dies listed separately because they are one-off and belong to your programme. Certification is quoted per market and per model where a change requires a new report. Logistics is quoted as FOB, CIF or on your forwarder's account, and the quotation states which of those is included so the landed cost is visible before the order is placed.
