Who We Build Chargers For
Most of the programmes we run sit behind someone else’s logo. Here is who those partners typically are, and why they stay.
Partner Types
Consumer brands
In-box chargers and accessory SKUs that have to match the device launch schedule.
Distributors
Multi-region assortments where one charger body has to serve several plug standards.
Private-label sellers
Marketplace and retail ranges built from tested platforms, without tooling cost.
Accessory specialists
Travel sets, gifting bundles and premium wireless lines developed around a target price.
Why They Stay
First orders are usually small — a few hundred pieces to test a market. Partners extend the range when the data supports it, which is why roughly 98% stay with us over five years and why the defect rate stays under 1% against a category average often quoted at 3–5%.
The other reason is simpler: when something does go wrong, there is a named person and a 24-hour answer.

Who buys from a charger factory
Four customer types make up most of our order book: accessory and phone brands that need a charger to carry their identity, distributors who resell into one region, e-commerce sellers who ship directly to consumers, and retail programmes — travel retail, duty-free, hotels and telecom operators — that buy in themed kits.
Brands and accessory companies
They come for the branding surface: logo application, colour, finish, cable, pouch and carton artwork. The engineering is already done, so the conversation is about how the product looks and what the packaging says, and the first order can stay small while the channel is tested.
Distributors
Distributors buy in power bands — 20W-45W, 65W-100W, 140W-240W — and care about what the carton says, which certifications are on file for their market and how quickly a repeat order can ship. Our job is to keep the specification stable between orders so their catalogue does not go out of date.
E-commerce sellers
Marketplace sellers need packaging that survives shipping without extra protection, a barcode and FNSKU labelling that match the listing, and a product photograph that is consistent between the sample and the production run. Cartons are re-drawn for the channel rather than reused from a generic design.
Retail and hospitality programmes
Travel adapters and wireless charging stands dominate here. Hotel and airline buyers care about robust mechanics and multi-region plugs; duty-free and airport retail care about the shelf photograph and the packaging story.
How we support them
One technical contact per programme, samples before every bulk order, test reports with every shipment, and honest lead times. Most customers start with one model and one channel, then add SKUs once the first container has cleared customs.
How a programme usually grows
Year one is one model and one channel. Year two adds a second power band and a second colour, and the carton is re-drawn for a different marketplace or a different retail chain. Year three is a private label range: several SKUs sharing one artwork scheme, shipped on a repeating schedule. The platform stays the same throughout, which is why repeat orders do not need re-certification or a new sample cycle.
