How Work Moves Through the Plant

What happens under one roof
Component sourcing, SMT placement, hand assembly, functional test, aging, packing and document preparation all happen in the same building in Shenzhen. Keeping the stages together is what makes small programmes possible: a 200 pcs trial order runs on the same line as a container order, just with different tooling and a shorter queue.
The production stages
SMT places the control and power devices and reflows them; AOI and in-process checks catch solder faults before the board is assembled. Final assembly fits the board into the enclosure, mounts the plug mechanism and closes the case. Each unit is then function-tested, aged under load, measured again, and only then packed with its accessories and paperwork.
Capacity and flexibility
The line handles both GaN wall chargers and wireless charging products, which share the same power-supply building blocks. That is why a brand can launch a travel adapter, a desktop charger and a wireless stand in one programme without three separate suppliers and three separate quality systems.
Tooling and packaging
Enclosure tooling, printing plates and packaging dies are managed next to production, and samples of the printed carton are approved with the product sample so nothing is signed off twice. Packaging is assembled by hand for small runs and by line for volume.
Visiting
Buyers are welcome at the factory, and a visit usually covers the line, the test bench and a sample review with the device you intend to charge. Factory audit documents and certificates are available for programmes that need them.
What a visit covers
A factory visit usually starts at the SMT line, moves to assembly and the test bench, and finishes at the packing table with a sample review. Bring the device you intend to charge: testing it on the bench answers more questions in ten minutes than a specification sheet does in an email. Buyers also use the visit to see how packaging is assembled, which is often where a launch date is won or lost.
