The People Behind Your Charger Programme
A charger order touches engineering, quality, logistics and sales. These are the roles your project actually moves through, and what each one is responsible for.
Who Does What
Project owners
Your single contact: quotations, samples, artwork, schedules and the questions in between.
Product engineers
Power architecture, port layout, thermals and the platform choice behind each recommendation.
Quality team
Incoming checks, in-line testing, aging, sampling and the reports that accompany a shipment.
Production & logistics
Line scheduling, packaging, carton configuration and shipping documentation.
How We Communicate
Sales and engineering sit in the same loop, so a technical question does not disappear into a ticket queue. Replies normally land within 24 hours on business days, and every programme has one named owner rather than a shared inbox.

How the team is organised
The company runs in three groups. Engineering owns the power stage, thermal design and plug mechanism, and signs off every sample before it leaves. Quality owns incoming, in-process and outgoing inspection and writes the batch reports that ship with the goods. Sales and export handle quotations, artwork, documentation and shipping, and work in English with buyers in Europe, North America, the Middle East and Australia.
Why a technical contact matters
A charger programme involves decisions that a non-technical contact cannot make: whether a 45W platform can hold its output for a laptop, whether a cable rated at 3A will cap a 100W unit, whether a plug mechanism survives being bent back into shape. Having engineering in the same conversation shortens a programme by weeks, because the question and the answer do not have to travel through two layers.
Working with buyers
Each programme gets one contact from enquiry to shipping document. That person holds the model, the artwork version, the packaging proof and the batch history, so a question about a container that shipped eight months ago can be answered without searching a shared inbox. Where a second opinion is needed, the engineer who built the platform joins the thread.
Continuous improvement
Every defect claim is logged with its cause, and the causes are reviewed against the production line — tooling changes, component changes, or an inspection step that needs to be tightened. This is why the second order of a model is usually cleaner than the first, and why repeat customers tend to stay on the same platform for years.
Training and continuity
Inspection staff are trained against the approved sample and the batch report, not against a written specification alone, because the differences that matter are physical: a plug that sits a fraction loose, a case that runs warmer than the last run. Keeping the same people on the same platforms is what makes those judgements consistent, and it is the reason repeat orders behave like the sample.
How a question travels
A buyer question enters the thread, and the answer comes back from whoever can answer it — usually the programme contact, escalated to engineering when the question touches output, thermals or certification scope. Nothing is forwarded without a name attached, so a buyer always knows who is looking at the problem and when a reply is due.
Frequently asked questions
- Who will I talk to? One English-speaking contact per programme, supported by engineering.
- Do you work across time zones? Yes, with overlap for European mornings and North American evenings.
- Can engineering join a call? Yes, for questions about output, thermals or certification scope.
