What Makes This Supplier Different
Plenty of factories quote a price. Fewer keep a programme on schedule through a certification delay or a packaging change two weeks before launch. That difference is what we sell.
Four Practical Differences
Multi-region by design
EU, UK, US and AUS plug kits on the same platform, so one SKU can serve several markets without a second tooling round.
Low-risk entry
A model can open at 200 pcs, which is low enough to test a channel rather than bet on one.
Documented quality
Inspection gates, aging, sampling and batch traceability, with records you can audit rather than reassurance you have to trust.
Answers, not relays
Engineering and sales share the same loop, so technical questions come back with an engineering answer.
What We Do Not Do
- We do not quote a price we cannot hold after certification — testing realigns the cost, and we say so before the order rather than after.
- We do not hide minimum quantities inside a quotation; 200 pcs per model is stated up front.
- We do not treat samples as marketing material — they are built on the same line as production.
What makes this charger factory different — platform thinking and honest constraints Know moreKnow less
One certified platform, many configurations
Most of our range is built from a small number of certified platforms. A new wattage, an extra port, a different plug system or a new enclosure is a configuration of a platform rather than a new development, which is what makes a 200 pcs branded trial order practical. It also means the safety-critical parts have already been through the certification cycle, so a branded version does not restart the clock.
Engineering and export in one conversation
The person who quotes your programme can also answer the technical question behind it, and the engineer who built the platform is one step away. That structure removes the usual delay in charger projects, where a question has to travel from a buyer to a sales person to an engineer and back — twice, because the first answer was incomplete.
Specification stability
Repeat orders run from the same platform and the same approved sample, so the product that arrives in year three is the product that was approved in year one — including the packaging, the cable and the logo application. For distributors whose catalogue has a shelf life, that stability is worth more than a marginally lower unit price.
Small orders treated seriously
A trial order is a real order. It runs on the same line, with the same test gates and the same batch report, because the point of a trial is to find out what the product will be like at volume — not to see what the factory can get away with for a small run.
Documentation as part of the product
Every shipment leaves with its test report, and every market gets the certificate set it requires rather than a generic folder. For buyers whose customs broker or retail partner asks for more — material declarations, packaging weights, recycled content statements — those are prepared with the quotation instead of being chased afterwards.
What this means for a launch date
A new SKU on an existing platform usually means artwork, packaging and a certificate copy rather than a development project, which is why the sample can be in a buyer's hands in under two weeks and the trial order can ship in two to three weeks after approval. That timeline is the practical difference between owning a platform and renting someone else's.
Frequently asked questions
- Can you supply one model at a time? Yes, 200 pcs per model, and the trial quantity can be split across SKUs.
- Do you re-certify for branding changes? Only where the change is mechanical; a logo or colour does not restart the platform reports.
- Do you have a catalogue of platforms? Yes, and we will recommend the closest one to your specification.
