Design Out the Redundant Charger
One multi-port charger replacing three single-purpose bricks removes the material, the shipping weight and the eventual electronic waste of the two it replaces. GaN makes that consolidation possible without a larger case.

Retail boxes, sleeves and inserts are designed around your artwork — and can equally be designed for less material: smaller cartons, fewer components, or neutral packing for private label.
Outer cartons ship 50 units per box as standard; changing that number to match your pallet configuration is usually a paperwork change rather than a redesign.
Built to Stay in Service
Aged under load, tested on every output, and covered by a 2-year warranty with 24-hour complaint resolution — the goal is that the unit still works long after the launch campaign ends.

Sustainability in a factory context
For a charger manufacturer, sustainability is mostly unglamorous: using materials that are legal in every market you sell into, cutting packaging material without hurting the product, and building hardware that lasts long enough not to be replaced twice a year. GaN helps here for a simple reason — a smaller, cooler charger uses less copper, less plastic and less shipping volume for the same output.
Materials and compliance
Products are built to RoHS and REACH requirements, with declarations available for the markets that ask for them. Packaging uses recyclable chipboard and paper where the product allows it, and plastic inserts are replaced with moulded paper wherever the drop test passes without them.
Packaging reduction
Smaller cartons matter more than most buyers expect: they reduce material, freight volume and damage in transit at the same time. We re-draw packaging for each programme rather than reusing a generic box, which usually removes 10 to 20 per cent of the volume without changing the shelf presence.
Product life
Hardware that survives is the most sustainable option. Thermal design, component de-rating and the ageing test all exist to keep units working after the warranty ends — and the same platform stays in production for years, so a repeat order in three years is the same product, not a new one.
Factory practice
Soldering processes are lead-free, waste streams are separated, and the factory welcomes buyer audits that include environmental practice. Where a customer's own programme requires additional documentation — material declarations, packaging weights, recycled content statements — we prepare it with the quotation.
What we are working on
Three things are in progress: replacing the remaining plastic inserts with moulded paper after the drop test allows it, reducing master carton volume so more units fit a pallet without compromising protection, and publishing material declarations as a standard attachment to the quotation rather than on request. None of them are dramatic, but together they reduce shipping volume, packaging waste and the paperwork a buyer has to chase.
